ABOUT THE SPACE

Top of the Ninth is located in the highly sought-after StoneBridge Resort, where the scenic Ozark hills and Ledgestone Golf Course are right outside the windows for you to enjoy.  This beautiful cabin is spacious, with a luxurious interior, easy ramp access, and ample amenities throughout the resort. 

Walking through the front door, you're greeted by vaulted ceilings and a stunning wall of windows, displaying the beauty of the Ozarks. Lounge in the living area with a good book, an afternoon nap, or family movie night. Head into the fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up all of your favorite dishes that can be enjoyed together, whether at the dining table, breakfast bar, or the screened-in porch. Pour your favorite beverage and head onto the porch to relax in the fresh breeze. When you are ready for your own space, each bedroom offers a TV and has its own private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. You will rest easy in the high thread count linens and the plush mattresses on each bed. Head downstairs to the second living area with a large sectional, full-size refrigerator, an arcade game, and plenty of room for your whole group!

We've thought of everything to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need while at Top of the Ninth!  It's a perfect place to connect and refresh yourself before you head out to the next round of golf, outdoor adventure, morning swim, tennis match, or night on the town.

One of the pools is located at the Ledgestone Clubhouse, offers deck space, and is adjacent to Ledgestone Grille. Head on over for a snack and a cold beverage! You will find the second full-sized pool located in the Fox Hollow area. This pool is located near the basketball court and playground–the perfect place for family-friendly fun and relaxation. 

✦ Golf: Ledgestone Golf Course is an 18-hole championship golf course that is located on-site! Golf Digest describes it as “a masterpiece of mountain golf architecture”. For an additional fee, you can enjoy this amazing golf course! 

✦ Nature Trail: Ready to explore? There is a moderate-grade nature trail that is perfect for adults and children!

✦ StoneBridge Resort offers an abundance of amenities on-site and is conveniently located just minutes from Silver Dollar City and the Famed Hwy 76!

✦ Dogs may be accepted; prior approval is required and restrictions apply. An additional pet cleaning fee and daily pet fee will be collected after a confirmed booking. An additional refundable pet deposit may also apply. A signed pet agreement is required.

✦ Check-in and Check-out Times are Strictly Enforced
✦ No RVs, Boats, Campers, or Tents Allowed
✦ Minimum Age to Rent is 21
✦ Minimum Nights Required–Varies by season and holiday

           Some dates require specific arrival/departure dates due to holidays.
✦ Additional rules and policies are outlined in the required Rental Agreement–provided upon a confirmed booking.
✦ An additional refundable security deposit may be required ranging from $300-$1500, not included in your initial booking.  
✦ Please be a courteous guest and respectful to your neighbors.
✦ To ensure the security of our rental process, we kindly require all reservation holders to submit a selfie with their government ID before confirmation.

✦ Dogs are welcome to stay in our vacation home with prior approval and for an additional fee. Please ask about our pet policy for all applicable terms and conditions.
