However, if you choose to rent the home yourself, then this also means you need to be on call 24/7 to answer future guests and current guest questions. You must also higher a housekeeper and a maintenance man for any issues. We want to take the headache out of the equation so you can make passive money now. We have a full time team to cover everything from marketing and maintenance to housekeeping and guest services. We work hard, so you don’t have to!

    We are a full service company! Once you are onboard, you don’t need to do anything! We do everything from advertising your property {from HomeAway, TripAdvisor, & airbnb to our own SEO team and email marketing to over 10,000 past guests!}, maintenance {we have a full time maintenance team}, hot tub services {we have an in-house spa service}, and house keeping! Our team has been in the vacation rental industry for over 10+ years and is highly equipped to handle any situation.

  • Are there any on boarding costs when we sign up to use your Property Management Services?

    No. We do not charge new home owners and fees upon signing up to use our property management services. We cover the cost of all photography and advertising. We do require you purchase our linens, as we use the same high quality linens in all of our properties.

  • How often will I be paid as a home owner?

    We pay our home owners every month!

  • Are there any fees in using your services? {maintenance, cleaning, etc.}

    We have a full time maintenance team, housekeeping team, marketing team, reservation team and more! We are able to handle 99% of all situations in house. On the rare occasion something must be outsourced or an item must be replaced, we will contact you to confirm any changes or fees. There are no hidden fees for you!
