StoneBridge Sunny Retreat is the condo you have been looking for—great price, effortless walk-in access, and pet-friendly! Located in the gated StoneBridge Resort just past Silver Dollar City, you are minutes from top area dining, including the famous Danna's BBQ in Branson West. Enjoy incredible resort amenities with 3 pools, a private fishing lake, fitness center, walking trails, and an on-site championship golf course. You can park right out front and walk straight in with zero stairs, making it easy on everyone—including your pup! (Pet Policy: Preapproved small dogs only. Dogs must be under 40 lbs, older than 1 year, and fully house-trained.)

The open-concept great room connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, filled with wonderful natural light so everyone can relax together. Unwind in the comfortable recliner for a midday break after a round of golf or a morning at Silver Dollar City, or catch a movie on the large smart TV with cable included. The living room also features a sleeper sofa for extra guests and opens directly to a large screened-in porch with plenty of seating for your whole group. Guests love being close enough to pop back and forth to Silver Dollar City throughout the day!

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need—from Crock-Pots to pizza pans—whether you're preparing a family dinner or just enjoying takeout from the on-site restaurant. Gather around the dining table and breakfast bar for shared meals, snacks, or evening board games. The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Both bedrooms feature attached private full bathrooms, luxury linens, plush towels, and flat-screen TVs: The spacious primary king suite includes a dedicated work desk (a rare find in vacation rentals!), direct access to the screened porch, and a private bath with a newly updated, accessible walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with its own attached bath. A Pack 'n Play is also available for little ones. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

StoneBridge Resort spans over 1,000 scenic Ozark acres packed with amenities: 3 outdoor pools, playgrounds, a fitness facility, walking trails, a catch-and-release fishing lake, an on-site restaurant, and the Ledgestone golf course. You will find the second full-sized pool located in the Fox Hollow area. This pool is located near the basketball court and playground–the perfect place for family-friendly fun and relaxation. 

✦ Golf: Ledgestone Golf Course is an 18-hole championship golf course that is located on-site! Golf Digest describes it as “a masterpiece of mountain golf architecture”. For an additional fee, you can enjoy this amazing golf course!

✦ Dogs may be accepted; prior approval is required and restrictions apply. An additional pet cleaning fee and daily pet fee will be collected after a confirmed booking. An additional refundable pet deposit may also apply. A signed pet agreement is required.
