For safety and insurance reasons, Rent Branson can only accept dogs at our pet friendly properties, no other animals are permitted. We do require all pets to be pre-approved, as some pet friendly homes do have size and breed limitations. Pets should be up to date on vaccines and pest control medication. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be crated if left alone in the rental and should be leashed if outside. We recommend that you have your vet records with you in the event you need them.
Fees are per dog: $19 per day plus additional one time cleaning fee of $50. This is not refundable. An additional refundable deposit may be required, amount to be determined on an individual basis. Deposit may be held in the event there is damage to the home or grounds and/or excessive cleaning is required.
A few homes do not allow animals under any circumstances, including service animals, due to homeowner severe allergies.
A damage waiver policy is required with all pets. Any evidence of pets without permission is a $300 minimum charge. ADA certified service animals are accepted by law, however therapy, comfort and support animals are not allowed in our non-pet friendly units. A service animal is one who has been trained to do a specific task for a specific disability (epilepsy, blindness, etc.) and are with their owners 24 hours a day, not left at a unit.
Lying about service animals is a felony and will be treated as such. If found in violation, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.
