We are called “On The Water” because this newly constructed vacation home is only about 200 feet from the lake in the coveted luxury neighborhood of Branson Cove, located right next door to Table Rock State Park and Marina. We also have some wonderful news! On the Water has a beautiful sister home in Scottsdale, Arizona with the same owners and same incredible attention to detail, called the Happy Road Runner. The Happy Road Runner has also been named one of VRBO's Top Ten Homes of 2023! (Fingers crossed that On the Water will make the list next year!)
On The Water is a waterfront lot that backs to the tree-lined shore with crystal clear water and was built high enough to enjoy three levels of decks for breathtaking views of the lake, hills, and the relaxing sounds of the Ozarks. “On the Water” was granted a permit, by the Corp of Engineers, to clear enough brush from the backyard to the shoreline for our private guests. Adjacent to the home is also the neighborhood’s Lake-Side Park with easy access to the shoreline.
These owners understand large families and built this spacious, almost 6,000 sq. ft. home to cater to family reunions, multi-generational stays (from grandparents to infants), and groups of friends with children. The easy entry ramp into the home and its first-floor accessible bedroom welcomes everyone to experience the main floor and this beautiful, amazing part of our country. There is a perfect combination of adult, kid, or family bedrooms, with SEVEN King all ensuite bedrooms (two with daybed/trundles for families with small children) and TWO bunkrooms (privacy for both girls and boys). Plus, there are plenty of open spaces on three levels to spread out and enjoy each other or relax on any of the two huge screened-in decks or the 3rd level private deck.
Our best reviews are when guests say they didn’t want to go into town because the house was “just so fun!” The extended, spacious lower level offers a second family room and an intense, fun, and competitive spirit GAME ROOM! Both kids and adults may fight over the amenities like the commercial sit-down Mario Kart Machine, premier golf Golden Tee Arcade (with trackball and over 80 popular golf courses from around the world), Pool Table, 60” Poker Table, Ping Pong Table, Shuffleboard, Electronic Darts, and outside Hot Tub and fire table.
On The Water is close to all Branson has to offer, like the world-renowned Big Cedar golf courses, including the two new courses, Tiger Woods’ “Payne’s Valley” and “Buffalo Ridge” and the professional championship “Jack Nicklaus Signature Course” at Top of the Rock. Minutes to Branson Landing, Silver Dollar City, Showboat Branson Belle, Moonshine Beach, endless shows, a new aquarium, and more. And again, only a 2 min drive to the Table Rock State Park and Marina for LAKE TIME!! After our housekeeping team has cleaned the home, our professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure every home is clean and ready for your arrival.
