The open-concept living space is perfect for seamless conversation flow, allowing you to catch up with loved ones while lounging on the plush couch. The abundance of natural light filtering in from the large windows creates the perfect ambiance for a cozy family movie night or a relaxing read. Head out onto the deck to soak in some fresh air with an awe-inspiring view of Table Rock Lake. You can enjoy this view while lounging on the furniture or grilling up some mouth-watering food on the Pit Boss! Enjoy some private relaxation with the ease of a King ensuite on the main level. 

Looking for some cost-effective entertainment? Saunter down to the community pool areas for a cooling swim. Enjoy a friendly game of pickleball down at the pickleball court. State Park Marina, just minutes away, provides some wonderful hiking trails! Also nearby is the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery and Moonshine Beach! 

Venturing upstairs, you'll discover one king and one queen bedroom, with one offering a breathtaking view of the sparkling lake. The lower level is equally impressive, boasting two more queen bedrooms, each complete with an ensuite bathroom. One of these bedrooms features two expansive closets, while the other provides direct access to the patio. Unwind with your favorite drink or soak in the private hot tub, all while taking in the picturesque lake views that surround you. Lakeview Oasis is the perfect spot to escape and indulge in some much-needed rest and relaxation.
