FAQ Housekeeping & Maintenances

Our dedicated housekeeping and maintenance team is available daily from 8 AM to 5 PM to assist with any needs that may arise during your stay.

After-Hours Assistance

For non-emergency requests after 5 PM, we’ll be happy to address them the next morning.

Emergencies

Of course, emergencies can happen at any time. If you experience a situation such as:

  • Fire
  • Major water leak
  • Sewage issue
  • Loss of heat or air conditioning

Please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately! We’re available 24/7 for emergencies.

For other issues that may come up, we’re happy to try and troubleshoot with you over the phone. We’re just a call away!

 


 

Your cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning of the property after your departure. To help us keep each home in tip-top shape for all our guests, we kindly ask that you leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition. This means:

  • Bagging and disposing of trash
    • All Trash should be bagged prior to being placed in the outside trash receptacles (loose trash attracts insects and critters!). PLEASE remove ALL trash prior to departure. 
  • Picking up after your furry friends (if applicable)
  • Reporting any damages that may occur during your stay

Excessive cleaning and damages

In the event of excessive cleaning needs beyond the usual scope (such as excessive pet hair, left-behind trash, or damages), additional charges may be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests.
