ABOUT THE SPACE

You deserve the best, and you get it at this incredible Eagles Nest condo! This unit has been professionally decorated, and you'll be able to tell the second you walk into the space. You'll love all of the amenities - free wifi, washer and dryer, flat-screen televisions, outdoor seasonal pool, and so much more! There is also a new playground area, hiking trails, and tennis courts to enjoy! Welcome home to our huge lake view luxury condo! 

 Living Area - 
There is so much space to spread out and relax in this condo! The living area is very open, and we've included plenty of movies and games so you'll have all that you need to make wonderful family memories that will last a lifetime. The sleeper sofa is fitted with luxury linens, and the kitchen is open to the living area so you'll never be far from a quick snack. We also love to spend time on the deck with the huge lake view - the pictures don't do it justice! Just wait until you see the 180-degree views of the beautiful Ozarks.  

- Two Bedrooms - 
Two king suites, luxury linens, flat screen tv's so even though you are together, you also get privacy. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms as well. Enjoy the quiet of the Ozarks and Table Rock Lake, but be close to everything that Silver Dollar City offers! The condo sleeps 6 with the two bedrooms and the sleeper sofa. 

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen - 
We give you everything you need to make your favorite meal in this kitchen! Why wait in a restaurant when you could make grandma's famous recipe right here in your condo? There are plenty of utensils and plates, muffin pans, cookie sheets, a crock pot, etc., waiting for you. The kitchen is open to the living area, and you can also enjoy your meal on the deck. It's so peaceful and quiet!

✦ Dogs may be accepted; prior approval is required and restrictions apply. An additional pet cleaning fee and daily pet fee will be collected after a confirmed booking. An additional refundable pet deposit may also apply. A signed pet agreement is required.

✦ Check-in and Check-out Times are Strictly Enforced
✦ No RVs, Boats, Campers, or Tents Allowed
✦ Minimum Age to Rent is 21
✦ Minimum Nights Required–Varies by season and holiday

✦ An additional refundable security deposit may be required ranging from $300-$1500, not included in your initial booking.

✦ To ensure the security of our rental process, we kindly require all reservation holders to submit a selfie with their government ID before confirmation.
