ABOUT THE SPACE

Great Walk-In Unit with Huge Living Space and Central Location in Branson!

This recently remodeled 2BR/BA golf condo has brand new furniture and is located close to the Thousand Hills Golf Resort right in Branson, less than 1/4 mile to the strip. You can run out to a show, do some shopping, or hit the golf course and be back in a minute or two. This condo is located around the award-winning Branson Golf Course and overlooking the pond. This amazing unit has had a wall removed, creating a stunning open concept living indoor and outdoor space! You will love having your coffee on the 4-season air-conditioned space!  You will park right in front and walk right in! Easy for guests with mobility issues or dad rolling a suitcase!

Beds and Baths

The two bedrooms in this condo are on one side of the unit and separated by a bathroom so everyone has privacy. It has 1 king bedroom, and the queen bedroom has 2 queen beds; perfect for a family with children that need extra space!   Each bedroom has a television and private bath.  The living area also has a queen sleeper sofa, so there is plenty of room to sleep 8 comfortably.   Perfect for a family with 4 kids, couples, or a family of parents, grandparents, and two kids.

The kitchen is ready for all your meals, whether a quick breakfast or a special holiday meal.  Stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a nice dining spot make this a great home away from home!  You'll find all you need: silverware, storage containers, several small appliances, pans, dishes, and more.   The dining area has plenty of seating for the whole group to share a meal and discuss the day's activities.  The open floor plan means those in the kitchen are still in the conversation with everyone in the living area.   The washer and dryer in the condo will let you pack lightly too.
 
Living Areas

When you're done with a round of golf, gather everyone for a board game or a movie in this great living area with beautiful floors!   This living space is the best you will find; the owners took out a wall and doubled the space! Amazing light-filled space, overlooking the golf course and a great location in town makes this a perfect choice!   The living area has a sleeper sofa and flat-screen smart TV, so it can easily serve as a third bedroom space. 

Entertainment

There's so much to do in the Branson area: 100s of live theatre and music shows, dining, shopping, amusement parks, outdoor recreation, and more. You can even walk to some restaurants when you're in the mood for a treat; there are plenty right around the condo.

✦ To ensure the security of our rental process, we kindly require all reservation holders to submit a selfie with their government ID before confirmation.
