ABOUT THE SPACE

Avery's Corner is the ultimate home away from home, located in the heart of StoneBridge Resorts. This is the perfect place for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends. 

The condo boasts a modern and stylish design that is both comfortable and inviting. The spacious living area features plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. Gather around the dining area for family meals. Step outside onto the private deck and soak in the NEW private hot tub with stunning views of the rolling hills of the Ozarks. This is the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or sip a glass of wine in the evening. The deck features outdoor seating, plenty of space for outdoor dining and entertaining.

When you are ready to rest, head into any of the three bedrooms. There are two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, providing ultimate privacy and comfort. The bunk room is perfect for kids and features a twin-over-full bunk bed and an arcade game for endless entertainment. There is also a hallway bathroom for convenience.

Avery's Corner is located in StoneBridge Resorts, which offers plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy, including a pool, golf course, tennis courts, and playground. The resort also features a restaurant and bar, perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two. This condo is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Ozarks, with nearby hiking trails, lakes, and attractions. Take a short drive to Table Rock Lake for swimming, boating, and fishing. Or head out to Silver Dollar City for a day of thrilling rides and family-friendly entertainment.

One of the pools is located at the Ledgestone Clubhouse, offers deck space, and is adjacent to Ledgestone Grille. Head on over for a snack and a cold beverage! You will find the second full-sized pool located in the Fox Hollow area. This pool is located near the basketball court and playground–the perfect place for family-friendly fun and relaxation. 

✦ Golf: Ledgestone Golf Course is an 18-hole championship golf course that is located on-site! Golf Digest describes it as “a masterpiece of mountain golf architecture”. For an additional fee, you can enjoy this amazing golf course!

✦ Dogs may be accepted; prior approval is required and restrictions apply. An additional pet cleaning fee and daily pet fee will be collected after a confirmed booking. An additional refundable pet deposit may also apply. A signed pet agreement is required.

✦ An additional refundable security deposit may be required ranging from $300-$1500, not included in your initial booking.

✦ To ensure the security of our rental process, we kindly require all reservation holders to submit a selfie with their government ID before confirmation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

✦ Dogs are welcome to stay in our vacation home with prior approval and for an additional fee. Please ask about our pet policy for all applicable terms and conditions.

✦ The Stonebridge community offers numerous amenities for you and your guests to enjoy. With this, Stonebridge requires each vehicle to purchase a parking pass of $7 per day upon arrival. 

✦ Save the credit card fee by booking at least 30 days in advance and paying by Electronic Check. Photo ID required.

After our housekeeping team has cleaned the home, our professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure every home is clean and ready for your arrival.
