Upon entering Sunset Pointe, you will be greeted by a spacious living area that boasts a stone fireplace mantel that extends to the ceiling, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere. The living area is also equipped with a TV and comfortable seating, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen at Sunset Pointe features premium fixtures and appliances, including under-cabinet lighting, upgraded utilities, and cooking amenities. The kitchen island offers seating for four, and there is also a custom live edge 10' counter bar located in front of a window that overlooks the lake, providing a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a late-night drink. The dining area is also located in the kitchen, ensuring that guests can enjoy meals together in a comfortable and convenient setting. The main level deck provides breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake while the front porch overlooks the community pool. The deck is equipped with a solid wall to the south, providing privacy. There is also a covered patio that houses a 7-person hot tub with easy lift top removal and handrail, a gas fire pit, two hanging egg chairs, and outdoor games like Jenga and Giant Connect 4. The lower level also features oscillating fans and electric heaters, for your comfort.

Everything was perfect. Peaceful, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Well furnished. Enough room for our big group and everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Close to Branson to enjoy shows and restaurants. Grocery store was very convenient. Already planning our return.

Everything in this place was perfect, it was not only clean, but we'll stocked with all the essentials for our stay. Games galore, beach towels for the pools/hot tub, paddles for the pickle ball courts and all the kitchen gadgets you need. The amenities were fantastic, and the view!!!! It was the best view of the lake I could have imagined, and sitting in the hot tub while looking at the lake was just the relaxation I needed for my trip. Would highly recommend.

Sunset Pointe was a great vacation home for our three families (16 people) to spend a week together. Bunk beds for the kids and a fun downstairs area they could hang out in. The main level had great sunset views. It was very convenient to have bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms. We also enjoyed the pools and the house was close to the marina for boating and Kimberling City for groceries and restaurants. We had a great time!

Went with a large group and there was enough space in the house to accommodate everyone! Everything was there to enjoy for a no fuss trip and all the little details were taken care of. There was even a hot tub there that we were able to relax in! The directions were easy to follow to get there and there are a few convenient areas (gas station, grocery store..) around there if you need to make a quick run to grab something. It's peaceful and quiet in the area and we had a view of the lake in the back so it was nice watching the sunset there. It's worth it to stay here; luxury at its finest.

Our family (8 adults; 4 kids 5-under) stayed at Sunset Pointe in the new Wilderness Mountain community on Table Rock. The house was perfect for our large family - plenty of room, very clean, and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. We loved it so much we reached out to Rent Branson and asked if we could extend our stay. They were easy to work with, had great communication, and were accommodating. Would definitely use them again!

The home had cribs, high chairs, booster seats, bibs, baby plates with utensils. We didn't need to pack a thing. The deck had wonderful views of the lake and it was covered from the sun! Just a short walk and we had the pleasure of two pools and a lazy river. So much fun! I recommend Table Rock for your next trip!

This home was perfect! We had two families (kids and adults) and everyone had their own bed/bathroom. The view is gorgeous and the entire house felt like luxury living at its finest. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen and dining area were a foodies' dream, and the hot tub was a warm welcome after a long day boating or seeing the sites in Branson. I highly recommend this rental and guarantee our family will be back! This home put our vacation above and beyond the average getaway. Thank you!

The house and community were both great. This house is right by the small community pool where we spent most of our time, but the larger pool and lazy river were also great. We had a couple of questions while we were there and always received a quick response back.
Perfect For Our Extended Family Vacation

We took a vacation with our extended family, 6 adults and 5 kids in total and Sunset Pointe was perfect. You can't talk about this place without mentioning the views. Sitting outside for a sunset over Table Rock was one of our favorite things about our stay. The house is spacious and left plenty of room for the kids to play or hangout and the adults to relax upstairs. Located near good food and dessert options and just a few minutes up the road from a really fun campground that has great lake swimming and fishing. This house was clean, nicely furnished, and packed with fun things to do for both children and adults. Can't recommend Sunset Pointe highly enough, we hope to be back again next year!

The house was beautiful. Brand new, 6 king beds AND everyone had their own bathroom. Close to Branson. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of adventures. The view was amazing and exactly what I want when I am the lake.

This property was perfect for our stay. It had something for everyone. The views were beautiful especially at sunset. The house was super clean. I am very picky about cleanliness and this property exceeded my expectations. The only issue we had was with the electronics. It would have been nice to have had instructions on how to operate everything. We were not able to get some of the TV's to work and couldn't get some of the game systems to work. Overall we had a great trip and loved this property.

We arrived on Dec 27 & found the house to be in a fantastic community. Parking was plentiful, as we had 3 vehicles traveling in our party. The door code worked right away w/o any problems. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Upon entering, there were two king bedrooms w/ en suites on the main level. It was fantastic as my parents are elderly & have trouble with stairs. They never had to go up and down stairs the entire trip because their room, the well stocked kitchen and the family area were on the main level. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for a large group. The appliances, both large and small, were top notch, & the utensils, glassware, & cookware were plentiful & high end.There was plenty of room for our food & drinks in the kitchen, & we cooked breakfast & dinner every night of our stay. We used every bedroom along with the loft area for sleeping, & this worked perfect for our large family. The kids (ages 13-20) loved the downstairs game area. They played video games, board games, & enjoyed the hot tub every night. Despite our kids being older, every set of stairs was equipped with an aesthetically pleasing, retractable baby gate. There was also one room with a small crib on the lower level. The owners did a great job thinking of every little detail when building and furnishing this house. We were centrally located to Silver Dollar City, Big Cedar and Branson Landing. We had a wonderful trip and made great memories.

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed a couple days before Christmas and the host had the house decorated with trees on each floor. The house was very clean and though out for guests. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the view of the lake was perfect.

We stayed at Sunset Pointe, WOW what a location! Close to Branson and Silver Dollar City and a full service marina. This is a very spacious and comfortable setting for a large group. Nearly every room had a comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom which allowed privacy. We enjoyed family fun and games downstairs with all the provided games like Connect4 and arcade games. The kids made new friends and enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jungle gym right across the street. The lake front view was outstanding on a spacious and beautifully decorated deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with a crockpot, Instapot, air fryer, excellent cookware and grill. One of the best places we have vacationed and we will return to this location!

Incredible 180 lake view! The vaulted ceiling and huge windows bring in so much light, makes or feel so fresh and airy. Three levels of rooms provided lots of privacy too. The basement game area 😍. Also very family friendly with everything we needed for our kids (highchair, crib, pack n play, baby gates at all stair entries, kids plates/cups, etc). Awesome pools, one was right outside the front porch, along with a play set. The lazy river was so fun too! Definitely going back!

Sunset point was the perfect place for our family get together. There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, with a six bed bunk room for the kids. The family playroom was enjoyed by both the little kids and the big kids with a big connect 4, huge light brite and video arcade games . The beautiful view of the lake was enjoyed on the upper deck by the fireplace and the lower deck in the hot tub. I was very impressed with the condo and how well decorated it was. I will definitely be returning.

Our family had a great time in the Ozark Mountains at Sunset Pointe! Located at West Branson, within 30 min proximity of all the attractions. The marina just across the bridge was full service. The on site pool and playgrounds kept our kids busy while the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to eat in. The TVs in each room were a nice touch on top of the well accommodated home with baby gates for containment of our small children. We are looking forward to returning for the holidays!!

Fantastic in every way

Games galore, beach towels for the pools/hot tub, paddles for the pickle ball courts and all the kitchen gadgets you need. The amenities were fantastic, and the view!!!! It was the best view of the lake I could have imagined, and sitting in the hot tub while looking at the lake was just the relaxation I needed for my trip. Would highly recommend.
Great Vacation
by Eric on 06/22/2025Sunset Pointe was a great vacation home for our three families (16 people) to spend a week together. Bunk beds for the kids and a fun downstairs area they could hang out in. The main level had great sunset views. It was very convenient to have bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms. We also enjoyed the pools and the house was close to the marina for boating and Kimberling City for groceries and restaurants. We had a great time!

Everything was there to enjoy for a no fuss trip and all the little details were taken care of. There was even a hot tub there that we were able to relax in! The directions were easy to follow to get there and there are a few convenient areas (gas station, grocery store..) around there if you need to make a quick run to grab something. It's peaceful and quiet in the area and we had a view of the lake in the back so it was nice watching the sunset there. It's worth it to stay here; luxury at its finest.

The house was perfect for our large family - plenty of room, very clean, and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. We loved it so much we reached out to Rent Branson and asked if we could extend our stay. They were easy to work with, had great communication, and were accommodating. Would definitely use them again!

The view is gorgeous and the entire house felt like luxury living at its finest. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen and dining area were a foodies' dream, and the hot tub was a warm welcome after a long day boating or seeing the sites in Branson. I highly recommend this rental and guarantee our family will be back! This home put our vacation above and beyond the average getaway. Thank you!

Perfect For Our Extended Family Vacation
by Jason on 06/20/2024We took a vacation with our extended family, 6 adults and 5 kids in total and Sunset Pointe was perfect. You can't talk about this place without mentioning the views. Sitting outside for a sunset over Table Rock was one of our favorite things about our stay. The house is spacious and left plenty of room for the kids to play or hangout and the adults to relax upstairs. Located near good food and dessert options and just a few minutes up the road from a really fun campground that has great lake swimming and fishing. This house was clean, nicely furnished, and packed with fun things to do for both children and adults. Can't recommend Sunset Pointe highly enough, we hope to be back again next year!

Family Branson trip

I am very picky about cleanliness and this property exceeded my expectations. The only issue we had was with the electronics. It would have been nice to have had instructions on how to operate everything. We were not able to get some of the TV's to work and couldn't get some of the game systems to work. Overall we had a great trip and loved this property.

Christmas with Family
by Sally on 01/16/2024We arrived on Dec 27 & found the house to be in a fantastic community. Parking was plentiful, as we had 3 vehicles traveling in our party. The door code worked right away w/o any problems. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Upon entering, there were two king bedrooms w/ en suites on the main level. It was fantastic as my parents are elderly & have trouble with stairs. They never had to go up and down stairs the entire trip because their room, the well stocked kitchen and the family area were on the main level. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for a large group. The appliances, both large and small, were top notch, & the utensils, glassware, & cookware were plentiful & high end.There was plenty of room for our food & drinks in the kitchen, & we cooked breakfast & dinner every night of our stay. We used every bedroom along with the loft area for sleeping, & this worked perfect for our large family. The kids (ages 13-20) loved the downstairs game area. They played video games, board games, & enjoyed the hot tub every night. Despite our kids being older, every set of stairs was equipped with an aesthetically pleasing, retractable baby gate. There was also one room with a small crib on the lower level. The owners did a great job thinking of every little detail when building and furnishing this house. We were centrally located to Silver Dollar City, Big Cedar and Branson Landing. We had a wonderful trip and made great memories.

This is a very spacious and comfortable setting for a large group. Nearly every room had a comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom which allowed privacy. We enjoyed family fun and games downstairs with all the provided games like Connect4 and arcade games. The kids made new friends and enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jungle gym right across the street. The lake front view was outstanding on a spacious and beautifully decorated deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with a crockpot, Instapot, air fryer, excellent cookware and grill. One of the best places we have vacationed and we will return to this location!
Incredible family home with stunning lake views
by Scarlett on 09/08/2023Incredible 180 lake view! The vaulted ceiling and huge windows bring in so much light, makes or feel so fresh and airy. Three levels of rooms provided lots of privacy too. The basement game area 😍. Also very family friendly with everything we needed for our kids (highchair, crib, pack n play, baby gates at all stair entries, kids plates/cups, etc). Awesome pools, one was right outside the front porch, along with a play set. The lazy river was so fun too! Definitely going back!
Beautifully decorated with amazing views
by Marsha on 09/18/2023Sunset point was the perfect place for our family get together. There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, with a six bed bunk room for the kids. The family playroom was enjoyed by both the little kids and the big kids with a big connect 4, huge light brite and video arcade games . The beautiful view of the lake was enjoyed on the upper deck by the fireplace and the lower deck in the hot tub. I was very impressed with the condo and how well decorated it was. I will definitely be returning.
Beautiful home with great amenities
by Colin on 09/21/2023Our family had a great time in the Ozark Mountains at Sunset Pointe! Located at West Branson, within 30 min proximity of all the attractions. The marina just across the bridge was full service. The on site pool and playgrounds kept our kids busy while the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to eat in. The TVs in each room were a nice touch on top of the well accommodated home with baby gates for containment of our small children. We are looking forward to returning for the holidays!!
