Home sits on 40 acres shared with only 7 other homes in community called Tall Pines.  New to Tall Pines is a salt water community swimming pool shared by only these 7 homes.    Huge and open great room with a wooden beam on the high vaulted ceiling.  The Gathering Place features a gourmet kitchen with all high-end appliances and lots of windows with a peaceful wooded view.  Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances including gas burner with grill, warming oven, and huge kitchen quartz island. 

This 2 bedroom home features a large king bedroom with a private large bathroom.  The bathroom has a separate bathtub and a large shower.   The second bedroom features a queen size bedroom with lots of space.  The second bathroom has a bathroom/shower with gorgeous tile.  Queen air mattress for an extra person!

This property has an incredible chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings with wooden beams, custom cabinets, high-end appointments in the bathrooms, and much more.  Only the upstairs is for guest use, the entire downstairs is only for the owner's storage and is rarely accessed from the downstairs entrance.  There is not an interior set of stairs leading from the top to the bottom.  We look forward to having guests at The Gathering Place to Make Memories and Start Traditions.

Only 1 mile to Old Hwy 86 state park on Lake Tablerock with lake access and picnic areas.

**Great news! We are adding onto The Gathering Place -- a new lower level with a bedroom, bathroom, and playroom (approx 1,500 sq ft) so your next stay you can bring even more people to enjoy this home! For now, the stairwell is safely blocked off with 36-inch barriers in a corner of the main floor and does not affect your current stay in any way. No construction work is performed while guests are present -- please just avoid leaning on or near the barriers for safety.

Refrigerator with ice maker, built-in microwave, double oven, gas cooktop, and dishwasher. Island with huge bar top and seating.

One small dog may be accepted; prior approval is required and restrictions apply. An additional pet cleaning fee and daily pet fee will be collected after a confirmed booking. An additional refundable pet deposit may also apply. A signed pet agreement is required.

Check-in and Check-out Times are Strictly Enforced

No RVs, Boats, Campers, or Tents Allowed

Minimum Age to Rent is 21

An additional refundable security deposit may be required ranging from $300-$1500, not included in your initial booking.

**To ensure the security of our rental process, we kindly require all reservation holders to submit a selfie with their valid government ID before confirmation.
