The Sommerhaus is a custom and professionally decorated, 4,000-square-foot Branson vacation home ready for you and your family!
This luxurious home offers 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms along with large living spaces styled with custom shiplap interior siding! 5 of the bedrooms are generously sized King rooms with the 6th boasting a large bunk room that sleeps 8 with built-in lights, USB ports, and shelves for each bed--the kids are sure to love this! The master suite also boasts a stationary Keiser bike, perfect for a quick workout. We have designed this home to offer some of the best creature comforts available in a vacation rental! Soak in the ambiance of The Sommerhaus with its warm wood walls, vaulted ceilings, and a mounted canoe and elk head in the common spaces. We have also included comfy custom furniture, a state-of-the-art sound system in all common areas, "ultra-violet ray" air filters, a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor, a kitchenette downstairs, as well as a washer and dryer on both levels. The kitchen offers 2 full-size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, an under-counter ice maker, a faucet that produces 'filtered cold water', a soft water filter throughout the home, and a custom beautiful 36" electric oven range.
Your family or group will have plenty of space to spread out and get reacquainted at The Sommerhaus! Whether you're in the game room, theatre/media room, or one of the two oversized screened-in porches, you'll be sure to find something to do. The game room is equipped with billiards, a Golden Tee Golf game, and a Jurassic Park Pinball machine, and you'll be able to stream your favorite shows and movies on the 9 large, internet-capable TVs throughout the home. Enjoy a throwback moment with a Nintendo and games! In addition, there are two double-sided fireplaces, one seasonal outdoor fireplace, and a relaxing 5-person hot tub with tabletop tennis. The main-floor dream kitchen comes with double appliances and an extended coffee/wet bar, and the custom-built-in sound system with Sonos will make you feel like you're in a movie theater! After dinner, you can roast some marshmallows over the private firepit and chase fireflies on a warm Ozarks summer night. Enjoy some downtime in the rocking chairs on the covered front porch and admire the stars late into the night. We can't wait to share this gem of a vacation home with you!
The Sommerhaus is one of four exclusive lakefront properties in this development, offering a private path to access the beautiful lake. This home has been granted a permit by the Corp of Engineers to clear a private path from the backyard to the shoreline, providing exclusive and convenient access to the lake for its guests.
Game Room Amenities
This home offers a pool table, sit-down arcade game, pinball, Golden T game, TV, kitchenette with a wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and storage area! The lounge area offers another large TV with an original Nintendo and games and a see-through gas fireplace.
**This home does require a refundable security deposit for ALL renters.
