The Presley’s Country Jubilee is a Real Knee-Slapper
Back in 1967, the Presley family built Branson’s very first live music theatre. And, today, the Presley Country Jubilee is still going strong entertaining guests with their unique blend of gospel, bluegrass, comedy, and, most importantly, country music.
The Presley family’s humble beginnings as frequenters of underground stages in the hills of the Ozarks preceded their legendary Branson success. Having caves for stages, the family band attracted so many people in their early days that the caverns literally couldn’t fit everyone anymore. As a result, the family purchased a strip of land just outside of Branson, and it wasn’t too long after that that the family opened the live music theatre! The Presley Country Jubilee was born!
The Country Jubilee is Something of a Branson Tradition
Soon enough, Highway 76 in Branson became an iconic country music scene, full glowing lights and big country acts on every stage. The whole country music scene of Branson owes a debt of gratitude to the Presley family’s entrepreneurial spirit, in fact. They’ve been there since the start, and they paved the way for much of Branson’s success as a whole!
Today, you’ll love the energy the Presley’s Country Jubilee has to their shows. With nearly 1,500 seats full of folks tapping toes to the music, the atmosphere is electric and fun!
