Located in the historic Lafayette Square neighborhood, you’ll love the feeling of community in this neighborhood of townhomes centered around a lovely shared green space. Ideally located, it’s just minutes from Highway 64/40, Highway 44, Highway 55, and Highway 70.

The cozy front porch offers two chairs to enjoy the weather, as you sip on a favorite beverage, and people and pet-watch. It is set back from the walkway, offering additional privacy. 

As you enter the front door, you’ll be captivated by the coordinated decor and accents in soothing colors. After a long day exploring the sights in St. Louis, it will be a pleasure to return home and relax on the sectional sofa, as you nibble on a charcuterie board and sip on a cold glass of Chardonnay. Post the day’s pics on social media with high-speed WiFi or catch up on your favorite show on the wall-mounted TV with cable. 
 
When it’s time to prepare a meal, the efficient kitchen has everything you need. This space boasts stainless steel appliances and a trendy white subway tile backsplash. Keep the chef company at the breakfast bar, complete with a fun splash of color in the red bar stools.

The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed. It’s decorated in vibrant colors, with whimsical touches, and offers two nightstands and lamps, and a TV. The second bedroom is decorated in the same soothing colors as the living room and features two double beds, a nightstand and lamp, and wall-mounted TV. Both bedrooms share the upstairs bath, with dual vanities and a tub/shower.

An additional half-bath is downstairs for convenience. Even more convenient is the washer/dryer in the basement. We make it easy to pack light and leave plenty of room in your suitcase for souvenirs!

Whether you are in town for family or friends, there is plenty to keep you busy in the St. Louis Area. This St. Louis home is in a prime location just minutes from all the best attractions! 

If you’re traveling with kids, be sure to check out The City Museum. It’s not quite what you would expect from a “museum” per se. The City Museum has been voted a must-see destination in St. Louis.

Now let’s not forget our most famous attraction here in The Gateway to the West. You will be a 5-minute drive to the St. Louis Arch and downtown. 

Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues are both within a 5-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans!

Maybe you’re looking for a romantic night out? Be sure to check out The Hill for great Italian food or head over to the Central West End for live music and cocktails at Scarlett’s Wine Bar. 

Lastly, for the outdoorsy person, Forest Park has a little bit of everything! Dine at the boathouse and rent paddleboards, get a tee time at The Forest Park Golf Course, and go see some animals at the Saint Louis Zoo! This is the largest city park in the country (yes, it’s larger than Central Park in NYC) so there is plenty to explore.
